It sucks per usual. But it was funny hearing my boss try to say ad hoc. It was something like "a-d hoke" and that made me laugh.

I had a self imposed fog day since wife is a teacher. Also, I work out of my house and get to take my daughter to school every day. Jealous?</SPAN></SPAN>

I've made enough today to make "toughing it through the fog" worthwhile. I'd say I win.

My work day ended at 6:30 this morning. It was a shitty day, just like the last 2 weeks. Boring and long nights. Being on "light duty" restrictions really fucking suck.

To go with the Keystone Lights he'll be drinking all day.

Work's cool for me. Good for hours this week, so I was able to sleep in and didn't show up at the office until about 40 minutes ago.

Took a call from home at 8, then another on my walk to the train. Must've looked like a crazy person when I stopped to chat in the middle of the park to talk about statistical modeling results. Haters gonna hate. I just saved a bunch of money on car insurance so it's all good.

This is why I lol when teacher's QQ about how stressful their job is and how they need to be paid more.

End of fiscal year for me, work typically is hectic this time of the year, but so far it's alright.

Yeah, there are def going to be some days where I work through midnight. Especially the last two days of this month, which of course happens to be on the weekend /firstworldproblem.

The pros outweigh the cons for one shitty work month out of the year though.

You don't have to answer this if you don't want to.. but do you get a lot of free shit from suppliers being in procurement?
