Last night he recorded his 2,000th career strikeout.
1. Reggie Jackson 2597
2. Jim Thome 2534
3. Sammy Sosa 2306
4. Andres Gallaraga 2003
5. Alex Rodriguez 2001
6. Adam Dunn 2000
Looking at Sept 2015 as the record breaking month.
He currently sits at 403 HR, 1010 RBI, 1160 BB, 978 runs.
Currently leading all of baseball in HR, BB and K.
He is 32 whiffs short of the single season record.
If he reaches the all-time whiff record he should have around 515 HR by then.

Yeah. It's better to be an ALL (homer) or NOTHING (strikeout) guy than a SOMETHING (single, occasional double) or LESS-THAN-NOTHING (double play grounder) guy. All or nothings can be frustrating when they're cold, but when they heat up, they can single-handedly win games.Ironman92;1261546 wrote:Atleast there's an "all"

No, but he has nightly wet dreams about chasing the strikeout record Dunn will likely have.Rotinaj;1261399 wrote:Stubbs couldn't even dream of being the player Big Sexy is.
