Ahhh Joe McFumble (as my USC friend calls him). He is trying to be Reggie Bush in many ways, but always seems to come up short. I hope he gets suspended from the bowl game. The guy has been a huge disappointment aways.

Haha. He's about their 4th best RB. I'd be giving the LR to Tyler if I was USC. And the football.

Yeah, it is garbage. I saw CJ Spiller coming out of practice in an old rusted out Ford POS. The ncaa always turns their head when its SoCal.

No Ford is a POS, but don't worry, he'll have about 3 or 4 new vehicles in Aprilohiotiger33 wrote: Yeah, it is garbage. I saw CJ Spiller coming out of practice in an old rusted out Ford POS. The ncaa always turns their head when its SoCal.

Reggie must have gave his money back to USC. They could finally afford to get Joe that Land Rover he's always wanted. It's about time, it took them until his junior year!!! lol

This story is now on ESPN's bottom line.
McKnight said whoever claimed he was driving a Rang Rover "must have saw wrong".
Yeeaaa....
The guy who owns it also recently registered the domain name www.4joemcknight.com

I'm still waiting for the hammer to drop over Reggie's many illicit gifts during his USC days.
I have no illusions the NCAA will be taking down the USC program anytime soon.

I didn't think it was illegal for a player to drive a car from a dealer or someone's car as long as it wasn't title to them.
Clarret was driving a dealer car right? I didn't think he was in trouble for that, but more so for lying.

Clarett scammed the dealers into letting him keep cars for "trials" long periods of time. It wasn't illegal, but it certainly wasn't ethical.thedynasty1998 wrote: I didn't think it was illegal for a player to drive a car from a dealer or someone's car as long as it wasn't title to them.

And yes, MC's biggest "crime" was lying to the NCAA about various things, which is why he was suspended so many games. Too many folks forget that Ohio State didn't break any rules in that whole mess -- and in fact, suspended Clarett more than the NCAA dictated.

Yes things have been swept under the rug in the past and alot of people get on ESPN, which has merit because they were all over Clarett. However I think people need to get on the NCAA. They're the ones who are supposed to be investigating this kind of stuff

if clarett would have told the truth to ncaa he would have brought down the whole osu football program. also clarett lived off campus and needed a vehicle when his car broke down. teflon made the arraingments for with a dealer for him to get a vehicleWriterbuckeye wrote:Clarett scammed the dealers into letting him keep cars for "trials" long periods of time. Typical BS with not a fact to back it up. MC did try to bring down the program and FAILED MISERABLY because there wasn't anything there. The NCAA came in (at OSU's invitation) and did not one, but two, thorough investigations.KnightRyder wrote:if clarett would have told the truth to ncaa he would have brought down the whole osu football program. also clarett lived off campus and needed a vehicle when his car broke down. teflon made the arraingments for with a dealer for him to get a vehicleWriterbuckeye wrote:Clarett scammed the dealers into letting him keep cars for "trials" long periods of time. They found squat.
That IS a fact.

with all the buckeyes that got arrested or suspended following clarett getting suspended showed that the accusations made were true. but back to car and clarett lying read this brain surgeons http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=1919246Writerbuckeye wrote:Typical BS with not a fact to back it up.
