Halo rule is kinda back on punts.
Helmet off without foul equals out for a play.

wtfIn addition, the receiving team will be able to call for a fair catch on those high-bouncing, one-hop onside kicks

If the ball strikes the ground within 5 yards of the free kick line, fair catch rules apply. Just think to ignore the first bounce.BORIStheCrusher;1258420 wrote:wtf
