It makes sense to me. He is, I'd say the most influential person this year and that can be seen as a positive and a negative. Of course the people that accept the theory he saved the economy will see this as a good thing. And, the people who see him as the person who led to the collapse of the economy will hale this saying it proves their point about his influence.
