This is the first year we are doing the draft at a house and not BW3. were switching because the BW3 near us has horrible service and takes literally 10 minutes to get a beer.

Anyways, our draft got moved up a week due to people being outta town for labor day. Since I had put off ordering a draft board I no longer have time to get one shipped. What do you guys use for you draft board. Does anyone know a software program you can download and I can connect the hdmi cord and broadcast it over the big screen thru a laptop. What do you use for the players names. ( just marker or pieces of paper with two sided tape.) any other recommendation to make a home draft better. By the way our league is 12 people 19 rounds.

We had one on Sunday and just had a grid on a dry erase board. Different color markers for player positions and everyone wrote in their pick. It worked pretty well.

When we fo drafts at my house I just hook the computer up to the TV and use a simple excel spreadsheet, nothing to it. Keeps track of teams by round and haven't had any problems with it.

Hey Terry I really like that idea. My girlfriend is an excel wizard as well so it shoulnt be a problem. Do you keep all the teams picks up on the screen or scroll across the screen. How easy is it to read the excel on the screen.

I know ESPN has an online draft board that automatically imports into your league so you don't have to manually enter the players again. You just set the draft order and select the player as they're picked.

Googled and found a "12 team Excel/PDF draft board/sheet" apparently somebody made at this forum.

This may help.

Just invite everyone over, have them bring a laptop and just draft online through espn/yahoo. We did that this year, worked out well.

Ours is pretty simple, just use roster sheets for each team to keep track of our own picks and we cross off names from cheat sheets handed out as players get picked. Commissioner enters everything in.
