Why can't people understand that whole empty tissue boxes, OJ cartons, plastic milk jugs, 2 litres, etc don't just go into the trash "as is" without crushing them? There's no need to empty a 13-gall trash can twice in one day unless you're cleaning house.
This is a serious problem which I feel needs discussed in Serious Business.

I've had people throw away boxes in my trash can without crushing them - they've not been invited back since.

Most of that stuff should be recycled and not thrown in the trash.

Just be happy people are throwing things away.
