Reds taking on Matt Harvey, he's 1-3 on the year. Right-hander.

Cincinnati leads the NL Central by 7 each over St. Louis and Pittsburgh.

After 3 complete, Bailey has faced 3 more batters and thrown 10 more pitches(47-37) than his counterpart.

Prior to that HR by Ike, all the pitchers on the Reds roster, except Leake(4.29) had an ERA below 4.00. After the HR, Bailey up to 4.05.

That over exuberant error by BP caused the Mets to be able to clear the pitchers spot in the order and start out at the top of the line-up next inning, and they get a bonus of the pitcher getting RBIs also. If BP eats the ball, then they try to get Shoppach for the 3rd out with the runner just on 1st.

Last 4 starts homer has been pathetic. After an amazing July(aside from last start of the month) I thought he really turned a corner.

Word is when Dusty allowed 25th man Chris Heisey to play a mop up inning Heisey had to have the medical staff work on him for nearly 15 minutes due to his symptoms of rigor mortis.
