This is unbelievable. A group of community organizers gets exposed for trying to promote teenage prostitution and tax evasion, then sues because the gov't did what it should do by cutting of their funds.

I see from the article that ACORN is suing for "unconstitutional" funding cuts. They may have grounds for their suit. However, I would first like them to show me where it is written in the Constitution that they are entitled to federal funds. From my point of view, the fact ACORN is even receiving federal funds is the "unconstitutional" aspect to this story.

Yeah, I didn't know that our constitution guaranteed ACORN money. <snicker>
