Granted both teams don't play the same amount of games but who do you think will be worse this next season?

The browns have the potential to get some close or surprising wins. I don't see PSU being able to hold it together and pull out a stunner.

I don't think psu will be as bad off this year as a few years down the road. browns I think will be lucky to win 2-3 games.
