Was anyone aware a film is going to be produced based on the true story of the Dave Schultz murder?

Wondering how Dupont is portrayed in this. Will it be some lie like, "a great man who becomes sick" or as some "egomaniac friggin' nut-job" which is most accurate?

I have so many questions on how this movie will go. How will the relationship be portrayed, the wrestling, and the mind of Dupont?? Glad this movie is going to be on the big stage though with A-list actors, just as long as they keep tons of Hollywood BS out of it and tell the true story!

Heard about it last year from the coach at Ready (now Moeller) who has an "extra" part in it. Nothing since then however, hope it turns out accurate and realistic.

It got great reviews in Cannes. Looking forward to it. I was in the Navy over in the Persian Gulf when I got the news Schultz was killed. Another wrestler from MI and I were in shock. He was an idle of mine!

Pretty sure it will be an accurate portrayal. I believe that Mark Schultz had a major role in this movie and it is his story. Bennett Miller is the director (movie Capote) and I think Fred Feeney had a decent role. I believe release is in November and it was supposed November 2013.

Refman is also in this movie as well Reece Humphries and a host of others from Central ohio. There were movie tryouts at Cannon-McMillion high school in Pittsburg 2 years ago. I think that the movie was delayed because of editing issues. I heard nothing but good things about this film.
