There's a reason that was a brand new name. Someone wanted to get the pot shot in without getting infracted, so they created a dupe name.

Someone smart enough to create a name on an unused IP/proxy/whatever, since there weren't any matches.

It's a Comcast Business IP, so it's a work address most likely
