Just read the comments on the article. It appears the father has been fighting for custody of the child for a while now. I'd say he won't have much trouble now. Assuming the father isn't a complete waste of space I'd imagine the judge that awarded custody to the mother is feeling like a real turd about now. Luckily the kid wasn't seriously injured, or worse.

Actually, her eye is not lazy. It is disadvataged. Obviously coming from a poorer background, her right eye has been disenfranchised. It needs monthly assistance, A cell phone and your support and understanding.
