Passes the house easily. Not surprised but getting through the senate will be difficult.

I would think that if this does make it through the Senate, there will be a lot of pressure on the President to sign it, given his frequent criticism of Congress's inaction a la gridlock, and his blame of such for not getting as much done while in office.
