I enjoy dried beef, beef jerky on my salad, cooking with dried fish and sometime I will use dried turkey in Asian cooking, trail mix but that more about the nuts and raisins combo. Not really a big fan of dried beef or fish.

What dried beef do you like or not?

Do you have your own drier or buy this someplace? Is dried turkey common in grocery stores?
Thinking I wanna try it on salads, in place of chicken.

Always a confusion about SOS (shit on a shingle)
I agree with you Dried Beef w/ cream gravy on toast is the true SOS

However some will say that ground hamburger in mushroom soup over toast or mash potatoes is SOS. </SPAN>
In the military that what Fort Polk cooks called SOS &#8230; wrong </SPAN>

In the Belly house that what we call Project Dinner or Ghetto Food which I was raised on 5 time a month.</SPAN>
