Weird, I didn't see he received an infraction yet for this post, but when I gave him one it said it already received one. And it didn't prompt any kind of auto ban although this is apparently his 5th?

Is he in the "sleeper class" where he's gotten so many infractions over the history of the site that the software won't give you options because it thinks he is banned?

I think that is the case as well.

I'm pretty sure I can just ban him manually, but it would be better if Justin just fixed the problem.
