I don't watch soccer very often at all but that was a well-worked goal.

Not knowing crap, U.S. looks a good bit better. I'm going 3-1 U.S.

Japan looks like the better team so far. They've had more quality looks on goal. The US just made the most of their great opportunity.

Also, I respect the hell out of those Japanese girls. They seem to fall down less than any other group of soccer players in the world (male or female). They play with integrity and don't embellish.

I'm not saying who is better necessarily (yes I know used that word, I guess I failed to convey what I meant). I was just saying that Japan has had more quality looks at goal. They just haven't finished, partially because a few GREAT saves from Solo.

Carli Lloyd had a great run then a brilliant shot. I feel a lot better being up 2-0 especially since Japan was playing so well offensively.
