Has anyone else downloaded or bought Trans Siberian Orchestra's new album Night Castle? What do you think?

I like the instrumental songs and "Believe" but haven't really got into the other songs. 26 songs quite the bargain if you were a TSO insider($4) or even if you use itunes($10)

I downloaded it the day it was released. I pretty much agree with you, all of the best songs are instrumental. I haven't read the story yet but I've been told it is really good and helps explain all of the songs. My favorite by far is nutrocker.

I love it.

Haven't really ever heard anything i would consider "bad" by TSO.

I haven't, and probably will not.

I went to there show in Toledo last weekend (AWESOME, by the way), and I loved the first half usual stuff they do, but the 2nd half was a lot of their new songs, and I wasn't that impressed by them....

Great show, though....So much better than when I saw them 2 years ago at the crappy Seagate Center.

I missed them in Youngstown earlier this month and I'll miss them in Columbus.

Really? I've always thought the 2nd part was much more entertaining. I would say there are about 6 or 7 songs on the new cd that are instrumental and awesome, the rest are good but nothing special.
