Lord's keyboard playing on Machine Head was legendary. He played his keyboard like a lead guitar.

Kitty Wells was the first female country music star in a male-dominated profession thanks to her hit 'It Wasn't God Who Made Honkey Tonk Angels'. David Allan Coe fans know the song, at least, from the end of If That Ain't Country, where he paid tribute to Wells, Roy Acuff, Hank Thompson, and The Carter Family. I'm also a fan of her great-grandson Beanie.
