I dig Tofts but I've never been to the Pizza House. I've passed it a couple times but never stopped. I love coldstone, but it's too damn expensive. The thing is you still only tip if they deserve it. I've never said you should always tip. My whole thing is it's stupid to take a job where you have to rely on peoples good will and it's stupid that we're expected to give extra for someone doing their job. Anyone who does a service for you deserves a tip then.

Set wage would probably cover all side work which includes stocking, prepping, end of shift cleaning. Sorry, but you're a bad negotiator, then. I worked in a sporting goods store my sophomore year of college, with virtually no prior work experience. They tried to start me at minimum wage and I worked it up to $10.50 an hour before accepting the job. I was up to $14.00/hr + commission by the end of the year.
