I'm a big fan of cold summer soups. Makes for great party dish
My favorites are gazpacho, cucumber and zucchini.
What your favorite chilled summer soup? </SPAN>
For many of the OC less culinary educated, soups can be served chilled, not all soups only specially prepared and only certain summer/fall ingredients vegs should be used. I have poor grammar but I’m culinary skilled. </SPAN>

Homemade olive garden chicken and gnocchi soup. We make this every couple of months and it is excellent served hot or cold. This is the site were we found the best recipe for the soup.

It is un-USA American to eat soup cold.
Soup was meant to be eaten hot.

Chilled soups only matters to people who have no lives and need exotic foods to boost their fragile ego.

Actually I prefer my soups reheated in a skillet on a stove, but I will eat it cold.

I'm with others that I don't really like cold soups. But, I really haven't tried many of them.

I've only tried some kind of chilled apple soup on a cruise once that was good. I guess my pallet isn't sophisticated enough

I have tried a few cold soups and enjoyed one that had some cucumber and apple. Never thought the two would taste good together but they did in this soup.

Christ I have been missing out. Just had some chilled mango avocado from a little local joint called Soup's On. Shit I'll be heading there weekly for this soup!

I've had gazpacho and it wasn't bad, but I didn't think it was spectacular either.
