I thought about this, well just a Melo vs. D Will, but I couldn't come up with a convincing answer

Give me DWill 10 out of 10 times.

He can score as efficiently as Melo, but he's also a great distributor. And I think he averaged a little more than 2 RPG less than Melo as a PG....

Carmelo is also like the 4th best scorer in the league in terms of ability, maybe higher. D Will might be able to score efficiently against other guards, but not as well as Melo does overall.

DWill for sure ... the Knicks would trade Carmelo to the Nets for DWill in a heartbeat if they could. Nets stole their thunder with that trade (on the same day they got Carmelo), and they are destroying them this offseason.

I was kidding. I thought the exclamation point was over the top enough to convey that. Even though I am a huge Lin fan, Carmelo is my actual answer.

Melo is like 6'8'' and shot 42% last year and was worse than that until the end of the year when he got hot for a few weeks, that's efficient?

I'm not talking about stats I'm talking about if you told me I had a possession where I needed to score, I would take Carmelo's more efficient scoring ability than DWill's. Not a knock on DWill, just extolling Melo's ability.

But if you asked me who I want for an entire game? Or season? I think my answer is DWill
