Over the year I've been using a spray wax, I find that I like Mothers Spray Wax or Lucas Oil Spray Wax. wipe on wipe off perfect....
I also use a quick wipe on wipe off spray Detailer … Mothers Spray Detailer is very good.
What type of Wax or Detailer do you use?

Waxing a car is pointless with the amount of driving I do. Hell, washing my car is pointless too. After a day or two, my hard work is all undone.Belly35;1218835 wrote:Right.... Poor people do that

That the same mentality of entitlement people. Do take care of what they have so it doesn’t last and has to be replaced sooner. No respect for the investment of the goods and the personal ownership of their property or for that matter anyone else …dlazz;1218836 wrote:Waxing a car is pointless with the amount of driving I do. They don’t care what something looks like, what others view of their possessions, property and that transpire to their poor self confidence and self-worth. If they don’t care about the things they own what would make them think any different of themselves?

Waxing a car serves no point other than making your car look nice.
If this thread were about putting oil in your car and I came in here saying "I NEVER PUT OIL IN MY CAR BECAUSE IT WORKS FINE WITHOUT IT" then you'd have a point.
but since putting car wax on a car does nothing except make it look shiny (and perhaps up the resale value) then the point you're trying to make is null.

For as elitist as you are about every subject you would think you could occasionally at least use decent grammar. Your post barely pass for a third grade level. Now you are acting like waxing a persons car says anything about self confidence and self worth? I'm in the same boat that doesn't wax my car because it gets dirty very fast with as much as I drive it. I have no reason to spend extra money so my car looks good for an hour. You acting like whether someone waxes their car or not says something important about them makes you look like a huge jackass.Belly35;1218878 wrote:That the same mentality of entitlement people. Nothing new here. My grammar is poor without question, my spelling is worse and as for punctuation simply put it’s bad. I don’t get paid for writing.. just solving problem, no check comes from my correct spelling … only quality products and production and those who do business with me the only punctuality they care about is the delivery on time. </SPAN>xKoToVxSyNdRoMe;1218908 wrote:For as elitist as you are about every subject you would think you could occasionally at least use decent grammar. I take care of my property, but I don't regularly wax/wash my car because it is meaningless.

Someone else suggest this also.
So you spray it on as you are drying off the ca/truck?
It mixes with want little water there is and as you keep wiping it waxes and shines? Is that the idea?
I was also told they have a great Detailer also ever use it ?

No the whole point of wax is to add a layer of protection against rocks and whatever road debris that will give you surface scratches and lead to rusting.dlazz;1218883 wrote:Waxing a car serves no point other than making your car look nice.

Waxing the car provides benefits other than just looking nice.
I used to wax my car 2-3 times a year. Usually one of the first very good weekends in the spring, once in the middle of summer, and then later in the fall. I always enjoyed detaling the car.
Now the wife just thinks it is a waste of money.

Belly, after I wash my car I do dry it to about 90%. Then I spray the Eagle One on. This stuff is amazing and effortless. Literally your car will be as soft as a baby's a** after using it with a suburb shine. I recommend only the Eagle One brand. EVERYONE I have ever told about this stuff now swears by it.

It's a layer of protection for about two days and then it wears off.

I take very good care of my car and all my possessions. I can do so without waxing my car as stated earlier since it would very quickly be a waste. Go ahead and continue pretending that waxing a vehicle an is important reflection of a persons character.Belly35;1218945 wrote:Nothing new here.
