Rip Sheriff Taylor
Makes me miss my dad as this was one of his favorite shows and I would watch it with him all the time growing up. Great show.

Great man, The Andy Griffith show is the best ever. Hadn't seen Andy for a while on tv, then I saw him in the Brad Paisley Video, 'waitin on a woman', I almost started to cry when seeing how old he had gotten.
RIP Andy.

Who remains from the show, I know Don Knotts died approx 6-8 years ago, now Andy. Goober passed a few months back.
Obviously Ronnie Howard is still around.
How bout Gomer?
Obviously Aunt Bea and Floyd are gone, and most likely Otis.
Thelma Lou? Helen?

Jim Nabors is alive, but was unable to travel to Indy to do his traditional singing gig at the 500 this year. Hope I'm wrong, but wouldn't be surprised to hear of his passing soon.skank;1217758 wrote:How bout Gomer?

I remembered right after I posted that, that I believe I heard a couple of weeks back Thelma Lou's home was broken into, or she was the victim of some sort of robbery or something.
