Might have been an inside joke as far as RDI was concerned, since stuff like this tended to be ignored until we decided to enforce the rules. I guess if Ernest would say it's a joke and he just reported it as a joke, it'd be one thing...but he didn't seem to be his usual annoying derpy self with this report, instead seeming annoyed about it. So I'd have it stand for now as it is (INFRACTION).

Thats what I figured as well. Justin can reverse it if he feels it necessary.

Maybe he and SoS can have a REPORT-OFF where the person who reports the most stuff never gets out of the basement.
