Drake is arguably one of the top two "rappers" out there right now (I would say just behind Kanye West, lyrically). As for the song, HYFR, I actually really LIKE it. Lil Wayne is actually pretty good at putting lyrics together. They're usually shallow as hell, which annoys me, but the lyrical structure is pretty good, actually.
But his voice makes me want to punch babies.
Gimme some Mos Def, Nujabes, DJ Deckstream, Illogic, or Aesop Roc over Drake or "Tune-cci" anyday.
