My son put one on his and can't remember it.....any knowledge of how to fix it. Are there numbers on the back that you can code in on an Apple site.

He'll have to restore the device.

Once it's restored, just back it up from a previous iCloud back up and you're good to go.

Because we kept losing connection to ITunes and our computer was stopping it from resetting. Wife talked to Apple help twice and couldn't get it going.

So I'm going to the Apple store Wednesday.

On Android, if you forget your pin you can login with your Google account and it'll unlock the device.
