If you were a high school football player being recriuited to play at the college level, would you choose a bigger college just because of the known the name? Or would you choose a smaller college that you know you will see playing time at?

depends on if your actually being offered a scholarship to play at that bigger school...if you are then you probably have a chance at competing for some playing time. If you are trying to decide to walk on at a bigger school then I would say your chances at playing are slim at best and you might want to go with the smaller school who probably needs and wants you more. Don't forget that your going to college for the education and not football so look into their programs, class sizes and job placement assistance before you decide on a college.

If you can never play football again which school would you rather be at?

If the bigger school is actually recruiting you, then I'd say, with some hard work, you could see playing time at the bigger school.

I think it really depends on whether you legitimately think you have a chance in the NFL. If you do, go to the bigger school. If you don't, go to the school that will give you the best education.

Unless you're a legitimate NFL prospect, go to the school that'll give you the best education for the money. To go to a school solely based on their name is foolish. Academics and money should be the determining factors, not how much playing time you'll get or won't get. When you're 22 and trying to start a life of your own, will the number of football games you played in college really help you?
