The NBA finals thread is a perfect example of the problem around here. I had to go to bed early for work and turned the game off right before halftime. I get on this morning to read opinions about the game but I don't have time to sort thru at least 3 pages of people complaining about robj and lotz cheering for LeBron. Every thread is a pissing match.

Just move the NBA playoffs thread to the basement. With Miami in the finals there is absolutely no winning in moderating that thread.

Lotz ruined it bringing up Wes going to bed 3 different times. It never got into name calling so I didnt act on anything. Just a pissing match about who cheers for who, and if they are lame bandwagoners or not.

After reading the thread (all of that shit), I agree. I think the constant calling out of Robj was the only thing annoying otherwise for the bulk of it, as people put way too much importance in just why he cheers for who he cheers for.
