What happened to them? I used to get on and play with real money from time to time and now I just noticed that the U.S. Government has banned them (fancy that). Does anyone know what happened? Or how long ago? I played on PokerStars and FullTilt and neither one of them are up and running for "Real Money" anymore.

I made a lot close too 15k and luckily only had a few hundred on full tilt when it went down. full tilt made we weary of ever doing it again though when it showed there was no way they could pay everyone if everyone requested their money.

Hey rant is there going to be a board to over see them this time. I've read so many cheating scandles on 2+2 poker and then the money laundering that I'm not sure if I can trust a site again.

Event if Full Tilt is up again it won't be with the same owners for sure. PokerStars are looking to buy Full Tilt and pay all the money that players are waiting. You can find more about it at http://www.pokernews.com/news/2012/04/groupe-bernard-tapie-ends-negotiations-with-doj-pokerstars-12516.htm
