Are we declaring the GFY stuff as infraction worthy? I know, Justin told a thread to cut it out the other day

I've just been telling people to stop using it outside the basement. I don't think it's infraction worthy yet, unless it's someone who has already been warned that keeps using it.

I say after a warning has been issued in a thread, the next step is infraction. Skip the rules warning.
Similar to what I did with Skyhook. I told him multiple times to stop the Cavs attendance remarks and he wouldn't so I gave him a warning. But now I think we should just skip to an infraction.
