Laley's a moderator. He's been booted. So, to be completely fair to everyone in the competition, SnotBubbles advances and is now facing Raw Dawgin' It. I just want to keep it fair, no QQing. This is fair....to everyone...

I took no ones advice on here and went my own route. I basically told a co-worker who is on several committees within the company (so not a boss, but someone in with the bosses) that I had an offer. It played out marvelously. There's wayyyy more to the story...but in the end that 20% salary increase from a competitor turned into a 30% salary increase from my current employer with the same responsibilities. The raise takes effect next week and I will be getting laid a lot more...because it's a big chunk of cay-sh.Sonofanump;1192031 wrote:What?
