Or they needed to make room for the Pac12/B1G agreement.

The Pac 12 deal is only one game. Are all the other OOC games filled up?

The B1G/PAC12 are dragging their feet about scheduling. If OSU scheduled something with UGA, then had to change it due to the challenge, they would have to pay a buyout. The contract with UGA needed to be finalized soon.

Ok, that makes sense.

Even ESPN (who obviously hates OSU :rolleyes is saying it's a combination reasoning of 9 game conference schedule plus the Pac-12 game leaving little room for it. Plus there is no team in the country that is going to fill their remaining 2 games in that situation with more power conference schools, the schedule will/should be pretty damn strong with the 10 locked games.
