My son's high school baseball team is headed to the Final 4 next week in Columbus! Words cant describe the feeling knowing they'll be playing for a state title!

Good luck, hopefully he'll have better luck than we did.
Made it to the state final 4 two years in a row in HS, lost in the semi's both years.
We would have been one of the only schools to ever win a football and baseball championship in the same school year.

Serious question...did you have a bubble of talent those years? I know Mogadore football is always a contender, but those years did you have an exceptional group of athletes?

That might be some part of it.
The biggest part of it for baseball was that all of the best athletes that typically only play football and then lift/etc in the off season played baseball as well in those years. Those athletes that everyone 'knew' from the paper in the football season were also playing baseball. Typically at Mogadore this is not the case.
