What should we do about ETB constantly quoting posts and saying "personal attack." Does it qualify under the rule of trolling to derail it (#3)? It has nothing to do with the topic, and his only purpose is to draw attention to a side topic.

I warned him publicly in the funny picture thread. I'd say send a PM warning and if he keeps doing it give him an actual warning.
