The only way Indiana is going to get a prime time game on TV at home is if they do something like this. ABC family of networks isn't going to put fucking Indiana on at 8 when they have half of the BCS conferences (including better B1G games) at their disposal, so BTN will, against an opponent that will bring ratings

They do have another game against Indiana State earlier in the season, but I don't mind another team getting the spotlight so from IU's perspective it does make sense. I guess I was just thinking from an OSU point of view.

Yeah ... this is only the games with a B1G home team. ND and Bama will be primetime for Michigan as well.

I tried to look it up, but I can't find anything that has the times. (I thought ESPN used to, but they don't now unless you look at each game. I'm too lazy for that.)

ESPN rarely varies from noon, 3:30, and 7:30-8. I wonder what the full day schedule looks like that day?

I feel like since the BTN came on air that Minnesota and Indiana try to get their home games against OSU at night

I'd say it's more the BTN doing it, rather than the schools. Being the B1G network, they are going to try to get all the teams equal exposure, so why not make sure the bad teams get good ratings by having them against the team with the biggest fanbase.

Pretty pumped for that Ball State/Indiana game. You know how those boys from Muncie can bring it

In all seriousness though I'm thinking about going for that Boise State game. What a schedule for MSU though, Boise, ND, OSU and Nebraska all at home this season

It'll be interesting to see how good Boise St. will be without Moore

I want to say that ESPN2 has a somewhat standard start time of 6pm. I'm not positive about the frequency it happens, but I do distinctly remember a few games (including a couple that I've been to) starting at that time on ESPN2 because I always thought it was an odd time, as well.

Another possible factor is the game that follows it? A 6p Eastern start would probably still allow for an 8p or so local start in the Mountain zone. I doubt many games start much later than that locally.
