Russell Crowe as Robin Hood?!? Am I the only one that wanted to laugh at that? Maximus Decimus Meridius in tights!?!

I didn't think it seemed like it was the best fit either. . . I'm hoping for a good movie though. The Robin Hood story is a great story, and it could be re-tooled like Batman was to make for some awesome entertainment.gut wrote: Russell Crowe as Robin Hood?!? After seeing the trailer, I think I will definitely go see it. Looks like a great film.

Looks awesome. Im pumped for Crowe to be doing another badass role. Hes had a few semi ones since Gladiator, but this looks like his character could be real close to that. Plus, if Ridley Scott can make this story and movie in general anywhere close to Gladiator it will instantly and easily be the best Robin Hood of all time.

First I have seen anything of the trailer but that looks like it could be really good. Crowe is worthwhile seeing in just about anything.
