Small hit to the program.

EDIT - Reportedly, not confirmed.

I don't view this as a hit at all. IMO, he was given every chance to succeed, but just didn't get it done. Maybe a change of scenery and a fresh start will help.

Not really a hit in terms of an exodus of talent. However, it is a hit in terms of losing a capable ball handler. But OSU is pretty deep there, arent they?

He was a terrible ball handler. All he could do was spot up to hit a 3. Couldn't create his own shot and obviously didn't want to work on his defense because his playing time went way down early on in the season.
I don't wanna see him go because I thi k he CAN be a good player. But good luck to him.

He was supposed to be a shooter off the bench for OSU this past season, but he wasn't making much, so he lost his playing time to Sam Thompson. He would have been behind Craft, Smith Jr, Scott and Thompson in the backcourt this year unless he improved dramatically.

As of two hours ago, Sibert was tweeting this was not true:

"Jordan Sibert just wrote this tweet, responding to the rumors that he is transferring to Dayton: "Haha this is funny. But everyone I'm still at osu and I'm still getting better..don't believe everything you read...smh"

Fixed for accuracy.

I still think he's going to be a pretty good player though.
