I am currently looking for a new job, as mine sucks balls. I haven't had to make a resume since I was in high school, didn't need to have one for the job I currently have. I am listing my year of coaching for Westerville City Schools as one of my jobs(since I've only had 2 and it was a job, not volunteering)...

I'm stuck on what to list for it. I know I need to say something about team building, dealing with discipline and all that; but I have NO IDEA how or really what to say...
