It will harder decision this time around... PlayStation or xbox, i have both now but only 1 this time.

IF the systems are pretty close specs wise, which I'm sure they will be, definitely will be going with the next Xbox, unless there is a big time difference of release dates...If PS4 beats Xbox 720 by 5-6 months or more, I'll buy both.

I'd be thinking the same thing, mainly because there's so many PS2/360 era games I haven't played yet that I could get for really cheap over the next couple years as opposed to dropping $500 or whatever on the new system...but...Commander of Awesome;1135612 wrote:I play video games less and less. That is true. New Elder Scrolls would make me buy a new system. Though I strongly considered trying to get Skyrim on a computer going, but I didn't want to shell out a few hundred bucks in order to get it running the way I'd want on a comp. Not being able to play with mods makes me feel like I'm missing out on so much. Consoles are becoming an alternative to TV, almost. It isnt there yet, but I will be buy a console (whichever) that offers Netflix, ESPN, HBOGo, MLB, NFL, NBA, Showtime, and the rest. Right now PS3/360 offers most of that, but not all. Plus the few other channels Id like that Im blanking on. It isnt far off though.

yeah, if I could cancel my cable/dish, I would def get a new system.
