Quoting the new NCAA rule for eligibility and entry to the NBA Draft:

According to NCAA Proposal No. 2010-24, “student-athletes interested in 'testing the waters' of the NBA draft [are required] to remove their name from consideration before the first day of the spring National Letter of Intent signing period.”

April 10: NCAA Early Entry “Withdrawal” Deadline
April 29: NBA Draft Early Entry Eligibility Deadline (11:59 pm ET)
May 3 or May 4: NBA Draft Early Entry Candidates Released

In definition terms, this basically states that players have until April 10th to WITHDRAW from the draft to MAINTAIN eligibility. So basically, this is an elimination deadline, anyone entered is definitely gone. Even if a player hasn't made it known, he still has until April 29th to announce, but would no longer be allowed to return to college.

Updated Official List (obviously anyone with an agent is officially gone)

Harrison Barnes, SO, North Carolina
Will Barton, SO, Memphis(agent)

At least Arizona is reloading this year.

Don't know why, but this surprises me...if he's getting feedback that he's draft worthy, then Withey sure as hell is!

Lottery. Much more athletic and physically ready for the NBA. Withey has him on defense though.

His dad sent out a tweet denying it.

http://www.freep.com/article/20120404/SPORTS06/120404043/Michigan-Wolverines-Trey-Burke-NBA-draft?odyssey=topicpage
Burke's father, Benji, tweeted at 3:16 p.m. today: "Trey Burke has not declared for the NBA draft. He is still enrolled at the University of Michigan."

John Wall was enrolled at Kentucky through early-June 2010. That tweet may deny it NOW, but it doesn't deny his intention.

Most of, if not all of these are REPORTS by the media who have sources, usually someone inside who leaks the information.

Far from official. But I do think he leaves. Wolverine nation is a mess right now. I'm a fan, and I'm even laughing at the reactions.

Do you even follow the sport?

Moultrie is a top 10 pick.

Tony Wroten and Terrence Ross are both top 20 picks.

Reeves Nelson has been off UCLA since December. He's got nowhere to go...

Renardo Sidney, coin flip? Dude is 50 lbs overweight and won't even be drafted in the top 50...

Kendall Marshall is the #1, 2 or 3 PG in a terrible PG draft. All the talent from UNC is leaving. Why on earth would he stay?

You put "should've gone last year" for Sullinger but "good move" for Barnes?

Not to mention he's an educator and says "should of."

Marshall will probably be the 2nd PG taken after MKG....or 3rd after that kid from Weber

I'm surprised to see Burke leave (if true). With him UM has the chance to make some noise IMO.

Derpppppp. I meant Lamb, brain fart.

I've seen mock drafts all over the place, but they should be coming out with a better idea now that guys are declaring.

Might be wrong all together. Bleacher Report has Lamb going late first round. Maybe Marshall will be the first PG taken.

I've seen anywhere from 10-14

His stock has taken a hit this season. If he has some solid workouts that could change, the kid is a legit 6'11 and he has a ton of potential. If he could just get his head out of his butt he could be legit.

I mean do people think he is going to declare or not? Don't see him on the list.
