Training sessions for Vengeance Wrestling Club begin this Monday, April 2nd, in the Delaware Hayes HS wrestling room at 6pm. VWC is a spring Greco and freestyle club open to all middle and high school wrestlers. Clinicians, technique, drilling, live wrestling, and personalized coaching at individual tournaments and team competitions. On Monday we'll go over Greco and freestyle basics, a bit from par terre position, leg defense, and then get into some live wrestling. Come early if you have not yet mailed in your registration forms; we'll have registration tables set up outside the room. VWC has been designed to train as a team for a series of tournaments throughout the spring. We have also scheduled our training opportunities to allow the wrestlers to attend the Central Ohio open mats on Wednesday nights. This should be a very competitive, educational and fun 2 months in Delaware and Sunbury.

Mondays will be at Delaware Hayes High School and Tuesdays will take place at SUnbury Big Walnut High School. Both nights will run from 6-7:30.
