Guess certain people's lives aren't worth more than 3 years in prison.

I was just thinking while reading through that article, "what do you expect with Paul Gains in charge?"

Sounds like they are more qualified for McDonalds, not the courthouse.

They are purposely sending a message to the black people of Youngstown that it's ok to kill each other with little to no repercussion.

It is a reaction to the city's realization that Affirmative Action is not working.

...shows what the voters of Mahoning County think about the importance of having a GOOD prosecutor as they just re-elected Gains earlier this month. As long as you have a D infront of the candidates name in the Valley, that's all that matters!

...Knowing Judge Durkin, he very well may not follow the request of the prosecutor and give this dude more time than the recomended 6 years.....

Well Gains barely won only after he smeared Jay Macejko trying to get people believing he was a racist.

Not sure if you read the article or not but he wasn't convicted of murder. He plead to reckless homicide, hence the light sentence.

So 3 murders=6 years is a false title.

They were probably black people, hence the lenient sentence

If that was the situation the convicted should just be given a medal and the key to the city.
