I'd say this qualifies as Porn and Swearing in title.

Don't see tits or genitals, but it's pretty obviously porn. Also, just using **** in a way to "hide" the swear word but still using the swear word is still actually swearing in the thread title.

I'll bring this up for discussion in Mod forum to see what others think, but for right now do not repost the thread or video.

Does it warrant a suspension as we have done that for people who post porn? Only reason I didn't is because there is no tits or genitals. So I just gave an infraction, seeing what others think.

I don't think the thread title is a problem (I think even Justin has done titles like that) but yeah that video is a no go. I would say he could post the link without embedding it since it's just on youtube.

Ok, I'll send a message saying something about thread title being ok. I haven't noticed Justin do it before. I just assumed since it was one of our written rules it'd be off bounds. The infraction is really for the porn aspect.

So just stick with infraction and no suspension then.

I'd have only given a warning or simply addressed him in a PM since it's borderline... you have to hit play for the porn to actually show, unlike a picture, and he prefaced it with a massive NSFW (so if you hit play you had been warned and were asking for it).

I agree that the thread title is fine, and a non-embed should ease all concerns.
