I saw "Tenacious D" as a trending topic on yahoo, and I was all like "wtf?".

Heard "The Metal" on XM recently - they're solid, but i wouldn't pay more than $20 bucks to see them.

I have to say that I almost loved anything Jack Black came out with and this is just one of them. Though as time have already passed, how I see it would probably have changed and the standard might have gotten some notches up already so it would be interesting to see how this will fair.
Well, they are targeting the younger generation, probably the same age bracket they did when the movie came out. But I know there will still be a lot of fans excited about this one.
