Is there anything I need to download online? The associate today wasn't very helpful.... I've been having a problem with my contacts. I go to add one and after I do it adds like 7 of the same one. I try to delete one of them and it deletes all of them and says "no contacts" at the top even though i still have a few

Take it back and get the Tour. Problems solved.

Sometimes just doing a simple battery pull, and then going back to what you were working on does the trick. I'd try that first.

do a battery pull. back cover off, take out batter, wait 5 seconds, put back it, will start itself

remember do only the things you want to do. some things especially in the second will limit what you can do.

after you get your storm going nice, there's a ton of things you can do. but it's too early for that!
