INNER CIRCLE SUMMER DUALS
Location: Inner Circle Personal Fitness - 640 S. Main St. Wellington, OH
WHEN: May 27th – June 17th
TIME: Sundays – 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm – (Depends on team scheduled time)
COST: $250.00 per team – Limited to the 1st eight teams with $125.00 deposit. (Deposits due by May 13) - Early entrees are recommended!
WEIGHTS: 110 – 120 – 130 – 140 – 150 – 160 – 170 – 180 – 200 – 220 – Hwt
RULES: Modified High school rules. 3 – 1.5 min. periods with referee positions
OVERVIEW: These duals were designed for 8 teams with complete lineups. These teams will wrestle 2 duals each Sunday. The eighth dual will be decided on how each team did head to head. (Teams can be made up with multiple schools) We will award top 3 teams on record only. These duals will be held on 2 full mats with bleacher access. (Teams should consist of incoming 9th graders thru next year’s seniors) NO HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES!

Keystone, Wellington, and Midview committed already. Waiting to here back from others soon. This is a great setup! Will run fast and orginized. We may run the same type of duals in the fall before season. Teams that wrestle in the summer duals will have first choice of being in the fall duals.

Inner Circle Fitness center has started up Tuesday night wrestling practices. This is open to anyone. Cost is $5.00 for walk-ins and $3.00 for members. Beginners to 6th Graders: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
7th Graders to High School Graduates: 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
There was a good turn out this past Tuesday with some very good HS wrestlers and coaches there.
