Anyone watching?
I'm pleasantly surpised at how good they are.
My wife wanted to watch and now I find myself enjoying it.

I watched it. In my opinion, the Beelzebub were by far the best group. I thought that the singing was good for all the groups, but was a bit disappointed in how poor some of them were as performers. If you're going to do choreography, make it good. If it looks like elementary students doing motions in a school musical, then just stand there and sing. It was very obvious which groups were used to performing for large audiences and which weren't/

I forgot this was on tonight--was sort of interested in watching. Worth it?

It was worth it. The only problem was that they crammed 30 minutes of singing into a two hour show. :P I kept getting up and doing the dishes while they were doing their little profiles on each group before they sang and while the judges were talking, then I'd come back and sit down to watch each group sing. Something that may be better to DVR so you can fast forward through all of the crap.

I thought most of the groups were average or below average. There were 1 or 2 that were really good but the overall quality of the groups was poor in my opinion.

^^Agreed. I was kind of expecting the singers to blow us away. Don't get me wrong I thought every did a pretty good job. But I was just waiting on a group to get up there and just blow it out of the park. Similar to the Choir showoff contest Nick Lachey had.

Did enjoy Nicol Scherzinger (sp) though...Gawd damn you Lewis Hamilton. Damn you!
