Comes out today. Who is going to pick it up? I probably will read it in the next month.

Probably not unless everyone says it is really good.

"Of all the players i've coached, Mark Titus is one of them." -Thad Matta

The amazon reviews are pretty good. This preview from grantland is gold.

I didn't think he as a player fully showed the respect he should have for being part of such a great basketball program, but he no doubt is funny. I've read some of his stuff on Grantland and he has a natural knack for comedic writing. He should work for a Late Night team.

Pretty entertaining so far. About 50 pages into it and have had some pretty good laughs.

After we all congregated at half court and waited for him to share his thoughts on how practice went or whatever else he had on his mind, Coach [Thad] Matta (still mic'd up) stepped into the middle of the group and said with a straight face, "All right, guys, let's go ahead and start our usual post-practice routine. Everyone drop your drawers to your ankles and let's get this circle-jerk going."
Just read the preview posted above and this literally made me LOL.

Matta seems like a really cool guy based on how Titus tells it. A couple stories had me rolling.

Yeah I finished it yesterday. Kinda makes it seem like Matta has no control over his players though
