Kicks off tonight in Cincinnati. Anyone catching this show, or any others on the tour?
This isn't their best album, though I still love it, and it will be weird to see them playing in an arena, but I am still looking forward to it.

They're rolling through Columbus. I won't see them.

They probably won't see you either. Unless you happen to be dining at the same place by chance.dlazz;1103054 wrote:They're rolling through Columbus. I won't see them.

There's a solid chance I'll bump into them if they come to my apartment or they pay a visit to a local fast food place.

I was not happy with El Camino. I thought it was a let down compared to their other stuff.
Justin, you even hear of Gary Clark Jr.? My buddy showed him to me the other day.

I have never heard of him. I'll check him out. Not in a gay way.pnhasbeen;1103064 wrote:I was not happy with El Camino. I thought it was a let down compared to their other stuff.

Yeah, I really like it as well. It's a little too polished, though.hoops23;1103272 wrote:I actually liked El Camino quite a bit.

I like this album quite a bit. I'm going to the show tonight. We don't have the best tickets (we're on the side of the stage in section 114), but I'm really looking forward to it.
I just hope we don't get hit with nasty weather that cancels the show. I've seen on Facebook people posting about how they are being sent home from work because of the storms that are supposed to be hitting.

I can't remember what seats we have. For some reason 119 sounds right.sherm03;1103277 wrote:I like this album quite a bit. I'm going to the show tonight. We don't have the best tickets (we're on the side of the stage in section 114), but I'm really looking forward to it.

I think I would rather be there. In 114, we aren't going to be able to see much.justincredible;1103281 wrote:Wow, way off. Section 230.

I read a review from their show in London from last month. According to the writer, they played quite a few of their older songs as well as a lot from El Camino and Brothers.

Sweet. I'm hoping for Unknown Brother from Brothers. And I wish they'd fucking play Ohio while performing in Ohio. I've seen them twice since that song came out and nothing.sherm03;1103293 wrote:I read a review from their show in London from last month. I agree. Ohio would be a really solid encore song.justincredible;1103299 wrote:Sweet. I'm hoping for Unknown Brother from Brothers. And I wish they'd fucking play Ohio while performing in Ohio. I've seen them twice since that song came out and nothing.

Going to see them Sunday in Columbus. Can't wait. I really like El Camino. It is a little more polished and slicker than their other CD's but it is still good.

I love the Black Eyed Keys. Fergie is awesome. I had no idea they were coming to Columbus.

By "worst", I'm assuming you mean GPOAT. So, thanks I appreciate that.

I searched his tour dates and about 20 others looking for shows in or around Austin next week. That didn't come up then tho, thanks.

Saw them when they opened for Kings of Leon a few summers ago at Riverbend, and the easily stole the show. Great live band. However, I still have not had a chance to listen to the newest cd, but I am a fan of Lonely Boy (the music video is great too btw):

I think last night confirmed that my new favorite Black Keys song is Little Black Submarines. The song is like a little homage to Stairway to Heaven with the way it sounds. Starts off with a nice little acoustic picking, then adds some percussion, and then at about two minutes in it switches to a pretty hard song and ends with a ridiculous solo.
